1jjcom Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to 1jjcom. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and 1jjcom ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on 1jjcom, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms set out on this page. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 1jjcom platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 1jjcom including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, esports betting, online slots, jackpot games, live casino, Ludo games and VIP Club participation.

To open and maintain an account at 1jjcom, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1jjcom does not permit access to any person under this age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 1jjcom account under any name or payment identity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee of 1jjcom or its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration. Any false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

1jjcom reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any stage. Until verification is completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending the outcome of the review. Members are required to cooperate fully with any verification requests within seven calendar days.

Each individual may register one account only at 1jjcom. Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual by device, payment method, IP address or verified identity will result in all associated accounts being closed and pending balances forfeited.

Upon registration at 1jjcom, you will choose a username and password. You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account credentials confidential and not sharing them with any other person.
• All activity conducted through your 1jjcom account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying 1jjcom support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

1jjcom strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication if available in your account settings. We will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

All transactions on 1jjcom are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposit and withdrawal
• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposit and withdrawal
• NayaPay – digital wallet deposit and withdrawal
• SadaPay – digital wallet deposit and withdrawal
• IBFT – interbank fund transfer to and from any Pakistani bank account
• Visa / Mastercard – debit or credit card issued by a Pakistani bank

The minimum deposit at 1jjcom is Rs 200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though 1jjcom may request source-of-funds confirmation for deposits above certain thresholds.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:

• Standard accounts: same-day processing during business hours
• VIP tier members: instant or priority processing at all times
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200

1jjcom does not charge any fee on withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside our control. All funds must be withdrawn to the same method and identity used for deposit. 1jjcom does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

1jjcom offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered at the stated multiplier before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the same wagering conditions unless the promotion page explicitly states "no wagering".
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 1jjcom reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn, any wagering already completed remains valid.
• Attempting to exploit bonus structures through coordinated or systematic betting patterns (including but not limited to arbitrage, matched betting using 1jjcom funds, or low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements) is a violation of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• Cashback promotions at 1jjcom are calculated on net losses during the stated period and credited within 48 hours of the promotion period closing.

Specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games and expiry dates for each promotion are clearly stated on the 1jjcom promotions page. Always review the terms of a specific promotion before opting in.

All bets placed on 1jjcom are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. 1jjcom does not offer a cash-out function unless the platform specifies this for a particular market.
• Minimum bet stake is Rs 50 for sports and esports markets. Minimum spin stake is Rs 10 for eligible slot titles.
• Odds are offered at the time of bet placement. In-play odds may fluctuate and 1jjcom cannot guarantee that the odds displayed will be honoured if a significant delay occurs between selection and confirmation.
• All casino games at 1jjcom operate using certified random number generators. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by the platform, the member or previous results.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, the outcome of that session may be voided and stakes returned at 1jjcom's discretion. Partial wins from an incomplete session are not honoured.
• Accumulator bets are settled based on the combined outcome of all selections. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is settled without that leg at the reduced odds.

When a sporting event or esports match covered by 1jjcom is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, the following settlement rules apply:

• If a match is cancelled before it begins and no restart is scheduled within 24 hours of the original start time, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned to member balances.
• If a cricket match is abandoned due to weather and a Duckworth-Lewis result is declared, all markets that can be settled under DL rules are settled accordingly. Markets that cannot be settled under DL are voided.
• For esports matches: if a match begins but cannot be completed due to technical failure on the part of the event organiser, bets may be voided. 1jjcom will follow the official result declared by the event organiser where one is provided.
• If an event is rescheduled and takes place within 24 hours of the original scheduled start, bets are generally carried forward unless the member's original bet was specifically placed on the original timing or venue, in which case the bet may be voided at 1jjcom's discretion.

1jjcom is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We take our obligations in this area seriously and invest in tools that help members maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 1jjcom members free of charge and without any waiting period:

• Deposit Limits – set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit
• Session Timers – receive notifications when you have been active for a set period
• Loss Limits – cap the amount you can lose within a defined timeframe
• Self-Exclusion – exclude yourself from 1jjcom for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently
• Reality Checks – periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered

If you self-exclude from 1jjcom, access is blocked immediately across all devices. During the exclusion period, 1jjcom will not send marketing communications to your registered contact details. Self-exclusion can be extended or made permanent at any time during the exclusion period. Requests to reverse or shorten a self-exclusion are not accepted.

• Your data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification and responsible gaming monitoring.
• 1jjcom uses industry-standard SSL encryption on all data transmissions. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from operational funds.

• Game content is licensed to 1jjcom by third-party providers. No rights are transferred to members in respect of game software or assets.
• Scraping, data mining or automated access to any part of the 1jjcom platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate legal action.

1jjcom provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The following limitations apply:

• 1jjcom is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures or communication failures beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for any loss of winnings resulting from incorrect information provided by the member during registration or verification.
• 1jjcom's total liability to any member in connection with any single event or series of related events is capped at the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
• We do not accept liability for any consequential, indirect or punitive losses under any circumstances.

1jjcom reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Detection of duplicate accounts or identity fraud
• Suspected money laundering, match-fixing involvement or any other criminal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions or technical errors
• Threatening, abusive or offensive behaviour directed at 1jjcom staff or other members

Members may close their own account at any time by submitting a written request via live chat or email to support@1jjcom.bet. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed to your verified payment method within standard withdrawal timeframes. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

1jjcom may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account or through a notice displayed on the platform at login. It is your responsibility to read any such notification and review the updated Terms.

Continued use of the 1jjcom platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Previous versions of the Terms are retained by 1jjcom for reference but are not available for public viewing.
